Lamar
High School is offering its 8th annual freshman camp August
11-12, 2009 between the hours of 1 and 9 pm.
A
mandatory camp meeting will
be held at Lamar in the auditorium. As soon as information is available about the date and time, it will be posted here. Campers and parent(s) or guardian(s) should
make plans to attend this meeting.
Camp Goals: (Our Mission)
To help the camper gain a vision for his/her high school career
and beyond

provide a comprehensive orientation time
To
foster school spirit
To
increase freshman involvement in extracurricular activities

learn tips for success in high school
To
allow the camper to meet new classmates and teachers

create unity among the freshman class
