Welcome to the Martin Physics Program

        For the 2008-2009 school year we have 120 students in regular Physics, 161 students enrolled in AP Physics B and 64 in AP Physics C (Calculus based). This is one of the largest enrollments in the state of Texas.

       This is my sixth teaching year at Martin High School and my thirty sixth year teaching Chemistry and Physics.

      Congratulations to our UIL Science Team. They placed second in the state of Texas last year, and are expected to take first this year. Over 45 students in grades 9 through 12 are competing in UIL science this year. The top six scores will make our district, regional and state team.
