It is an honor and priviledge to serve you and your children everyday at Farrell Elementary.  I serve our students in many facets, most importantly by providing them with a safe and secure environment.  I also love to visit classrooms, learn all the children's names, read to them, teach teachers, monitor and manage school behavior and teach Character Counts on the morning announcements. 

Character Counts is a fun interactive game where students have to guess which scenerio is having character and which one is not.  There are 6 pillars of character:  trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness and caring.  The first 6weeks we start teaching what "trustworthiness,"  looks like and then I will teach the remaining pillars of characters every six weeks thereafter.  Your kids love playing this game, and most importantly they are learning that character is the most important thing that counts!   Your kids also love sending jokes for us to tell in the morning and participating in singing the lunch menu.  We have a lot of funny and talented students at Farrell so encourage your child(ren) to participate freely in the morning announcments and start the morning with a laugh and a smile!

Your kids are SOUPer and again, it is an honor to serve you and your children for the past 7 years at Farrell Elementary!
