Mrs. Dennis was born and raised in Mound Bayou, Mississippi. She attended Mississippi State University, where she received her bachelor's degree in Fitness Management. After college Mrs. Dennis relocated to Texas.Mrs.Dennis is married and has one child.

Coaching Philosophy: “Playing sports should be fun. Sports are about developing sports specific skills, sportsmanship, discipline, character, self confidence, good work ethics, and social skills. Although winning is fun, it should not be the foundation of your sports program. Winning should be the results of developed skills, good work ethics, and determination.”
