Welcome Back Carter Cougars for another semester of academic excellence. On January 9th we began our spring semester of the Before/After School Program. This program is funded by the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. This program is completely FREE to all students who attend Carter Junior High. Our goal is to enroll and service at least 200 students. We have many fun and interesting clubs this year and hope that the students that attend the program excel in their academics because of the support that they will receive in the program.
