Office of Dropout Prevention Mission Statement

It is the goal of the AISD's office of dropout prevention to work in collaboration with parents, students, district offices, central administration and Arlington community agencies to diminish and/or remove barriers that hinder students from having a positive educational experience resulting in school completion.

Alternative Methods of Earning High School Credit

The State Board of Education has proposed different methods by which a student can earn credit. These methods have been endorsed by the local Board of Trustees and are available by contacting the counseling office or the office of dropout prevention.

*Denotes that the cost of the program may be assumed by the student.
