Seguin will be hosting a Parent Meeting on March 27, 2012 at 6 pm in the Seguin HS cafeteria for all Incoming Freshman.
For the 2011-2012 school year, a new online volunteer application has been created. All volunteers must submit an online application. Previously submitted paper applications will not be utilized. Parents without internet access who would like to volunteer will have access to a computer at the school to complete the application.
AISD Transportation Department has a new tool to assist staff and parents in locating bus stops for the kids. Go to aisd.net and on the left side of the page you will find the words “Bus Route”. Click on Bus Route and from there you will go to AISD Web Query. Follow the instructions and you will be able to locate all Regular Ed bus stops.
On Monday, October 11, 2010 we will open up the TEAMS Parent Self Serve portal. This portal will allow parents to register for access to view grade and attendance information for their children. Parents will register online and then receive instructions to go to the campus with a photo ID to complete the authorization process.
A parent with multiple children should only register once. If the parent has been correctly linked they will automatically have access to all of their children. If the parent has not been correctly linked to all their children the campus can submit the information to Information Systems. Personnel in the Information Systems Department will research the problem, correct the issue, and notify parents about the authorization status.
