Welcome to my site! I am teaching seven classes of Spanish 1 at Martin High School during this 2011-2012 school year. I previously taught the Native Speaker program here at Martin, until the program was discontinued by the district. This is my sixth year at Martin.  I'm extremely blessed to have the privilege of teaching at the high school level, especially at Martin. I graduated with honors from UTA and have studied Spanish at CLIC in Seville, Spain.  I am married to a former Martin Graduate, Scott Torres, and we have a beautiful eight year old daughter named Kaylee and a two year old son named Cameron.  If you ever have any questions or concerns, please e-mail me. 

Martin offers a FREE Spanish Homework lab on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3-4pm in room 162.  No sign-up is needed.  Ms. Conant is the after school tutor.  I am available for tutoring during lunch almost everyday and before school by appointment.  Please come in for additional help.
