Getting Acquainted

Welcome to 8th grade English!  I am excited to begin my 7th year of teaching at Workman this year.  I have met so many amazing students during my time at Workman, and I can't wait to get to know my students this year.  I believe that every child can learn, and they will learn in my classroom.  This year, every 8th grade student must pass the Reading TAKS test in order to move on to high school.  I want to empower my students to believe in their abilities and to become excited about learning and reading.  I know they will all be successful and PASS TAKS this year!!!!!
