7th grade Information

7th Grade Basketball Information

  • 7th graders must have a completed physical before they will be allowed to tryout.
  • First day of tryouts will be 10/22/09. A coach will open the back door 10 min before practice.  DO NOT BE LATE!
  • You need to come dressed in your workout clothes, which will consist of white, black, or gray t-shirt and shorts, and proper athletic shoes
  • Long hair will be pulled back out of face, no jewelry is allowed. 
  • You will be assigned a lock and a locker, it is your responsibility to lock up your items.

"A" Team Games begin at 5:30pm, "B" Team Games begin at 6:30pm 

Tournaments begin at 5:30pm on Friday and 9:30am on Saturday

8th grade Information

8th grade Volleyball Information

  • You must have a physical before you tryout or practice for any sport.
  • First day of tryouts will be Aug. 25, 2011 2:30-4:30pm, if you are not in the athletic period you still need to come as soon as school gets out.
  • You need to have your athletic clothes which will consist of white, black, or gray shorts and t-shirt, and proper athletic shoes.
  • Knee pads will be provided or you can provide your own white knee pads.
  • Long hair must be pulled out of your face, and NO jewelry is allowed.
  • You will be assigned a lock and locker, it is your responsibility to lock your items up.
