Mark Bird

I attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, where I had a football and baseball scholarship. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Education. I taught at Harvest Christian Academy for 3 years and Glenview Christian School for 1 year. This is my 4th year at Workman Junior High.

Getting Acquainted

I have been in education for 8 years, teaching Physical Education and Coaching football, baseball, basketball, track and cross country.

I believe that my job is to teach/coach students that being physical should be a lifetime activity. I want students to respect themselves as well as others and to have the power to take control of their own personal fitness.
