International Baccalaureate Program (IB)
Incorporates international curriculum, inter-cultural understanding
Provides university-entry credentials
Fosters responsible, compassionate citizens
IB courses begin in the junior year of high school

 AVID - Advancement Via Individual Determination
Students are enrolled in honors classes and the AVID elective
The mission of AVID is to ensure that all students, especially students capable of completing a college prep path will:
   succeed in the most rigorous curriculum
   enter mainstream activities of the school
   increase their enrollment in 4-yr college
   become educated and responsible participants and leaders in a democratic society.

94.3% of AVID students report enrolling in college

Plato? 
What is Plato?
Plato is an on-line computer-based education network that provides a comprehensive course offering for secondary students.  The PLATO program is designed to provide remediation and course recovery.
Goals of Plato
Catch students before they fail
Decrease dropout rate
Decrease the number of students who repeat a grade
Foster positive teacher/student relationships
