The NJHS is an organization for students who strive to exceed in scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship.  Each member must maintain at least a B average or above in all classes and citizenship grades throughout the year. Membership is more than just an honor.  It carries not only certain privileges but also a responsibility and an obligation to demonstrate those outstanding qualities that resulted in the student selection.
