The Crow choir went to Sandy Lakes Funfest on Saturday, May 15, where they competed in the Funfest choir competion. They got a division 1 rating, the highest rating that a choir can receive, and we are all very excited and proud of their accomplishment. On Friday May 7th our Crow 6th graders competed in their annual Cluster Track Meet at Arlington High School. Crow competed against 6th graders from Berry and Blanton Elementary schools. Some of the events held included the 40 yard dash, 200 meter run, 400 meter relay, standing broad jump, and tug-o-war. The ladies came in 1st place overall, and the boys came in 2nd place, narrowly missing out on 1st place by a few points. Everyone that competed showed good sportsmanship, and represented Crow admirably.	_____________________________________________________________ Our Mission Statement The mission of Crow Elementary is to inspire students to love and value learning.
