Try-outs are required for volleyball and basketball only.

All athletes must complete special forms before participating in team sports.  These include, but are not limited to:

a notarized physical

drug & alcohol policy

helmet warning

You can get these forms from the office anytime during the summer.  They will also be available at registration.
We suggest picking up the forms and getting your physical done early!

Athletes MUST have a notarized physical to practice!

Athletes will be assigned a locker in the gym in which athletic wear may be stored.

Students in Athletics or P.E. owe a $12.00 towel fee.

Studens in Athletics or P.E. must dress out appropriately.
