If you have been inducted into SpNHS and are interested in peer tutoring, please contact me so I can include your name and contact information on  a list of tutors.    SpNHS is also seeking interested students to help grade papers in Credit Recovery.  Thank you.

Homework is listed on the board and typically there is homework assigned every class to practice what was taught in class.  If you are going to be absent, or need to communicate something to me, please feel free to e-mail me at my school address. 
 

 
SPANISH STUDY CENTER - Tuesday, November 15, 2011

The Spanish Study Center is  open on Wednesdays in room # 174 and on Thursdays in room # 162 from 3:00-4:00.  This will be an opportunity to get extra help and provide re-teaching of trouble areas.  It is highly recommended that if you are failing or near failing, you should make an effort to come in on these days for extra help.

Hola - Bienvenidos


This year I am teaching levels 3-regulars, Pre-Ap 3's and Pre-Ap Spanish Language 4.  This marks my 9th year here at Martin and in Texas.  I am a native upstate New Yorker, having taught in NY for 3 years.  I hold a BA degree in Spanish from S.U.N.Y at Geneseo and a Master's degree in Education from Touro College, NYC.

Tutoring

Tutoring is available during lunch on A-days or after school, by appointment.  The NHS and SpNHS students are available for one-on-one tutoring also.

The Spanish Study Center is open from 3-4 on Wednesdays & Thursdays.  Please take advantage of this opportunity to get extra help or practice.
