Welcome! This is my first year at Martin High School, and I am thrilled to be in Warrior Country! I am grateful for the opportunity to work with your freshmen, and know that we will have a successful year.

I am a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, and am married with two girls, ages 15 and 11. My oldest plays competitive soccer, and my youngest plays volleyball. Needless to say, there are very few dull moments in our household!

As an English I teacher, it is my goal to help my students improve their writing skills, analyze complex texts, express themselves freely, and think critically. Regardless of the career path they choose, they must be able to think and communicate effectively.
