             Mission Statement

     The vision of Miller Elementary School is that it is a place where each child is ensured a safe, supportive environment where (s)he receives the instruction, encouragement, and help (s)he needs to fully develop his/her own abilities and prepare for his/her future years in school and in the community.  Our purpose as teachers is to lay a solid foundation toward mastering the understanding of the TEKS objectives upon which subsequent learning can occur.  Teachers will empower students to demonstrate improvement in critical thinking skills and the development of transitions at Miller to become productive members of the community.
