| I am unable to log on to ERO. What should I do? |
My personal information is wrong in ERO. How do I change it? |
First, check to make sure that you are using the correct User ID number and PIN. Your User ID is usually your AISD Employee number. These numbers are listed on the Confidentiality Report you were given at your orientation. If that fails or you have lost your password, click on the "Forgot your PIN?" link at the ERO login page and follow the instructions.
Your PIN will be E-mailed to your First Class mailbox. Please do not call the number provided by ERO listed above. If you need further assistance, please submit an ERO Help Ticket on the Technology Help Request Site (intranet only).
You may edit all personal information except your name from within ERO. Look for the tab labeled "My Profile" in ERO for access to modify your information. To change your name or pin number, please submit an ERO help ticket on the AISD Tech Support website. If you need help doing this, please ask your Campus Technology Trainer or Building Tech Manager for assistance. |
| A session I attended is not showing up on my transcript. Who should I contact? |
What happens if a session is full? |
| Please contact the instructional department that sponsored the session. They edit, maintain, and mark attendence for their own sessions. |
You may choose to go on a waiting list or look for another session. You will receive an email notification if a slot becomes available. ERO will not allow you to register for a session if you are on a waiting list for a session at the same time and date. |
I need to log in to ERO and register for a session but I do not have an account?
Where should I go if I have additional questions? |
ERO accounts are automatically issued to Teachers when they are hired with AISD. Paraprofessionals including Teaching Assistants are not automatically issued an account but may be required to attend sessions as directed by their administrator. If you are a paraprofessional and your principal/supervisor has requested that you attend a session, please submit an ERO Help Ticket to have an account created.
If you can login to ERO but need help using the program, contact your Campus Technology Liasion. If the liasion cannot answer your question, please contact the Instructional Technology Department at 682-867-7545. |
