Seventh grade students are eligible for consideration after they have completed the 5^thsix weeks report card.

Students are responsible for picking up, filling out and turning in their forms on or before the application deadline. Deadline will be approximately one week following the delivery of the 5^th six weeks report cards. Posters reminding you of deadlines for application will be posted around the school toward the end of the 5^th six weeks.

Announcements will be made reminding students to pick up forms and parents will be reminded through a letter sent home with the students’ 5^th six weeks progress reports. Qualified students may supply information for consideration for membership when they receive their 5
