Congrats to our AcDec team:
The Academic Decathlon team won first place in the Regional competition this weekend! They are headed to State in late February. This is the first time Arlington High has ever won first place, and we couldn't be more proud of our kids! They have worked countless hours to achieve this success. Below is a list of individual medals the students received during the competition.

Attention Senior Parents:
Now is the time to start filling out forms for financial aid for college. Come to our Financial Aid presentation on Tuesday, January 31st at 7pm in the Arlington High auditorium. We will have a financial aid expert that will explain how to fill out the FAFSA. We look forward to having all seniors and their parents come hear this important information!
AHS's First All Men Choir Concert
Come be a part of Arlington High's first ALL MEN concert! Choir students are bringing dads, uncles, brothers and friends. This is a great opportunity to sing with an AHS student. There will be rehearsal from 6-9 PM on Friday, February 3rd, as well as Saturday from 10-4. The concert will be at 5 PM on the 4th.
Come support AHS Men and SING!
MGM Update:
Mardi Gras Madness is the Arlington High School After-Prom Party. Following the Prom at Texas Motor Speedway,the Graduates and their guests enjoy a fun and safe party back at Arlington High School.
This party helps give students a safe and fun alternativeactivity instead of dangerous comprimising situations.
Mardi Gras is the theme, and the school will be decked out in style!

We've extended the deadline for the all-color 2012 yearbook! You have until February 3 to guarantee that your child gets a book! Books are $60.00. Order online at www.purchaseyouryearbook.com or send payment with your student's name to the school, with this order form filled out, Attention: Emily Miller. Half payments will be accepted, 2nd payment will be due in May. Time is running out so order today!
