Vivian Lorenzana Clerk

I began working for the district as a substitute.  Soon after I moved to be a Teacher Assistant for Special Education and ESL class support.  After a few years as a Teacher Assistant, I got a chance to be the clerk at Ashworth.

I love working with our parents and community. I have enjoyed watching our kids grow up each year and building a relationship with their families. It is always a joy to walk into Ashworth’s office to provide the help and support to the parents and to the staff.

My family originally came from Guatemala,  I lived in New York City long enough to become a Yankees fan.  I love to travel to both places when I can.

I am fluent in both English and Spanish and helped Ms. Garza with the World Language Club after school until she became a full-time Spanish teacher.

I enjoy music, dancing, and spending time with my children, family and friends.  I also love traveling, hiking and learning new things.
