Bid date for bond work at Farrell and Starrett Elementaries set for April 21

W.B. Kibler Construction will accept proposals for bond work at Farrell and Starrett Elementaries.

About this project
The project consists of additions/renovations to Farrell and Starrett Elementary schools located in Arlington, TX. Scope of work includes but not limited to: Tree Protection, SWPPP, Temporary Facilities, Indoor Air Quality controls, Construction Waste Management and Disposal, Demolition, Masonry, Misc. Metals, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Solid Surfaces, Roofing, Weather Barriers, Fireproofing, Joint Sealants, Expansion Joint Assemblies, HM doors, Frames & Hardware, Storefronts, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings, Floor waxing, Flooring, Ceramic Tile, Pavement Markers, Floor Sealer, Visual Display Boards, Signage, Plastic Toilet Compartments, Toilet Room Accessories, Horizontal Blinds, Laboratory Casework, Fire Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Earthwork, Lime treated Base courses, Concrete, Chain link Fences, Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation.

Pre-bid site walk
A pre-bid site walk is scheduled for Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at 3 p.m., at Starrett Elementary (2675 Fairmont Ct., Grand Prairie, TX 75052). Immediately following, we will travel to Farrell Elementary (3410 Paladium Dr., Grand Prairie, TX 75052).
