Bid date for bond construction at four elementaries set for Dec. 6

Nov. 15, 2016 - The Board of Education of Arlington Independent School District will receive sealed proposals for bond-funded renovations at Duff, Bebensee, Fitzgerald and Williams Elementaries (CSP 17-37) until Dec. 6, 2016.

About the project
The project consists of a new security vestibule, science labs/STEM renovations and life cycle and deficiency upgrades at each campus.

Bids
Bids are due Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, by 2 p.m., and should be delivered to the AISD Purchasing Office at the Administration Building located at 1203 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. All bids received after this time will not be accepted. Be sure to see the bid documents for full instructions.

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the AISD Purchasing Office at 1203 West Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, Texas 76013 or via the website for the AISD.

Pre-proposal conference
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Duff Elementary (3100 Lynnwood Drive, Arlington, TX 76013). After the conference, tours will be given of Duff, Bebensee, Fitzgerald and Williams Elementaries.
