Bids for bond work at four elementaries due April 25
April 10, 2017 - The Board of Education of Arlington Independent School District will receive sealed proposals for bond-funded renovations at Pope, Speer, Webb and Wimbish Elementaries (CSP 17-78) until April 25, 2017.
About the project
The package includes adding two STEM labs, a strings room and security vestibule at each elementary, along with interior and exterior building and site life-cycle or deficiency upgrades.
Bids
Bids are due Tuesday, April 25, 2017, by 2 p.m., and should be delivered to the AISD Purchasing Office at the JW Counts Administration Building located at 1203 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. The opening will be held in the JW Counts Administration Building Board Room. Please make sure you allow enough time to sign in and get to the board room. Late bids cannot be accepted according to law. Be sure to see the bid documents for full instructions.

Pre-proposal meeting
A pre-proposal meeting will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Webb Elementary (1200 N. Cooper Street, Arlington, TX 76011). Visitors must check in at the main office before proceeding.
