Project Status: Substantially Complete

Young's lifecycle and deficiency scope wrapped up over the winter break when a switchgear was replaced. Other scope included redoing the north parking lot, installing new fiber optic cable, and repurposing two existing locker banks into a black box theater and multipurpose classroom. A couple roof-top HVAC units were also replaced.

Construction of Young's new four-lane regulation track is also complete.

• Upgrade technology connectivity
• Improve existing site accessibility
• Add additional card access controls
• Replace parking
• Repair/replace and upgrade heating and A/C, electrical, electrical equipment, interior finishes, plumbing, landscaping and site lighting
• Upgrade security cameras (to be done by AISD security department)
• Add new 4-lane track (separate)
