The goal of the Health Services Department is to help students attend school ready to learn through:

• Early detection and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and accidents;
• Monitoring and providing treatments for students with chronic illnesses;
• Prevention of contagious diseases by teaching good hygiene and meeting immunization requirements.
