The Director and staff of the Network Services Department provide connectivity for all areas in the school district.

The specific areas of service and support include the building networks, classrooms and offices (LANs), connectivity between buildings and the Internet (WANs), and the fileservers that hold the data and services for the end users.

The department also participates in the planning for new construction, acquisition of new equipment, technical specifications for hardware and software, and the general expansion and improvement of the network.
