The Records Management Center serves the district by tracking all of its records in each AISD locations from the creation to the disposal of those records. While maintaining AISD records, the staff researches the information and retrieves records for departments, schools and the public as needed.

Transcript Services supports both AISD and the public, acting as a permanent repository and source for historical transcripts. Included in these records are all student file documents prior to the current school year.
