| The Accounting Department is operated by six professional accountants, two paraprofessionals and a college intern. The department is responsible for the accurate accounting and reporting of all financial transactions of the District. The department also maintains the database of the District's fixed assets. The Special Revenue Fund Accountants prepare the quarterly and final expenditure reports for all special programs and assist program personnel with their grant funds. The Accounting Department also coordinates and oversees the annual audit with the external auditors. |
