Online Application Information for Renewing Substitutes

This is a renewal substitute application available only to those individuals who are on the current 2007-2008 substitute list. This renewal application will be available from April 2, 2008 to May 30, 2008. All renewals must be completed online.

After continuing to the application:

• Click “New Applicant” if you have only applied as a substitute in the past.  You will be required to create a new user ID and password. Complete the entire application and then submit when completed. 

• Click “Registered Applicant” if you have ever applied for a full time position. You will access your application using the user id and password you created when you initially applied.  Complete the application and then submit when completed.

After completing and printing the required additional documents (letter of assurance, W4, criminal background check, employee directory form and direct deposit (optional)) either mail or bring all documents to the AISD Substitute Office.   If you do not have access to a printer please indicate on the document page with the appropriate box checked and the documents will be mailed to you   All documents must be received in the AISD Substitute office by 4:00p.m., May 30, 2008.  Late documents will not be accepted.

Returning substitutes who are currently signed up for direct deposit for the 2007-08 school year will need to reapply for the 2008-09 school year.   The first paycheck for 2008-2009 will be an actual paycheck mailed to you.  All subsequent paychecks will be  directly deposited into your account.  Questions concerning direct deposit should be directed to the Payroll Department (682-867-7419).

This system requires that you use MS Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or at least OSX Operating System for Macintosh.
