After-Hours Heating and Cooling Requests

The heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are scheduled to operate in the schools on all regular school days, and in the administrative offices on all regular business days.  These systems normally operate approximately one hour before and one-half hour after occupied times. 

Requests for HVAC operation for all after-hour, weekend, or holiday events must be submitted via FS Direct for review a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

If appropriate, a completed Rental Agreement must be on file prior to the scheduling of the HVAC systems for after-hour events.

Please note, the HVAC systems are scheduled off, except in extreme ambient conditions, on all weekends and holidays unless prior arrangements have been completed.
