Prekindergarten classrooms at Ellis are child-centered classes where children learn through hands-on activities. Children are in a literacy enriched environment and are provided opportunities to learn in many centers, such as science, library, math, writing, blocks and art. The curricuum follows the Texas Prekindergarten Curriculum Guidelines and involves an integration of learning areas. We are very excited about becoming great readers and writers as the year progresses!
