Uniform Policy

SHIRTS
Must have a collar
Style--Polo, Oxford (button down the front), or Turtleneck
Color--White, Hunter Green, Navy blue, Light blue (Solid- no stripes or plaids)
Sleeves--Long or short, but must have sleeves
Plain--No logos or printing
Shirttails must be tucked in

T-SHIRTS
Only "Hale Academy" t-shirts are part of the uniform

PANTS, SHORTS, SKIRTS, SKORTS, JUMPERS
Must not be saggy or baggy
Color--Navy, Khaki, Hunter Green
Style of pants & shorts--"Docker" style
Shorts should not be below the knee
Should be a minimum of 1/2 distance between fingertips & top of knee when student's hand is fully extended down the side of the leg
Pants may not be worn below the hipbone
No "cargo" pants -- pockets along the outside of the pant leg
No knit or "wind" pants
No Capri pants

SWEATSHIRTS & SWEATERS
Plain--no logos or printing
Color--Navy, Khaki, Hunter Green, White
Shirt collar must be worn outside

Heavy coats are not to be worn in class

Each Friday ONLY
Hale Academy T-Shirts or uniform shirts
Denim Jeans, Shorts, Jumpers, Skirts, Skorts, meeting the AISD Code*
Denim Overalls (both straps secured)

*AISD Dress Code is located in the Student Code of Conduct booklet.
Expectations listed in the Code of Conduct are also applicable to students attending Hale.
