The Board of Trustees is comprised of community members who are elected to serve three-year terms on a rotating basis. On Saturday, May 12, 2012, an election will be held for the Arlington ISD Board of Trustees to fill Places 1, 2, and 3.

Interested Arlington residents may pick up a candidate application packet from the superintendent's office beginning Tuesday, Jan. 17. The filing period for a place on the May 12, 2012 ballot is Monday, Feb. 6 through Monday, March 5.
