Recently 275 central office and campus staff participated in the HOPE Foundation's Failure Is NOT an Option Institute. We were fortunate to host the event at the Mac Bernd Professional Development Center. Nearly 600 participants from Texas, the US and Canada attended. The speakers were outstanding and the enthusiasm was contagious. In addition to covering the six principles of Failure Is NOT an Option, which will be adopted district-wide, there were practical strategies presented ranging from classroom management to data review.
