Students wishing to participate in programs not available on their home campus, or who want to attend another Arlington ISD school may apply for a transfer.

To apply for a transfer in August, go to the school to which you want to transfer.
If there are currently no openings, you may put your name on a waiting list.
The school will call you if there is an opening. You will go to the school, fill out a transfer form and pay a transfer fee.
The fee for a transfer from an AISD school to another AISD school is $100.
The fee for a transfer from another school district to Arlington ISD is $1898 per year per student for non-AISD employees, and $100 for AISD employees.

If you have not paid for your 2011-12 renewal transfer, please do so at the school to which you are transferring.

Note: AISD will no longer accept out-of-district “PEG” transfer students due to lack of space in the AISD system; however, this will not affect “PEG” transfers between schools within the AISD system.
