Yasmari Torres
is in Mr. Adair's Advertising Design Internship class at Lamar. She competed in the DECA State Career and Development Conference this year in the Advertising Campaign Event. She developed an advertising campaign about a service, company or product which require her to do research into the various forms of advertising, magazine ads, newspaper, directmail, internet, radio, televsion and more. The competition consisted of a 100 question marketing exam, a 10 page written campaign and presentation boards to be presented in front of a judge. She competed against 60 students at state to advance to Internationals in Louisville, Kentucky.
