Welcome

Thanks for visiting my little spot on the web!  I began my teaching career at Martin in 2000 after spending several years working in social work and law enforcement.  I absolutely love working with our students, and consider teaching them and being able to share this part of their lives with them a blessing.  

I'm a Yankee, although I've managed to pick up the correct accent to live in TX.  My husband and I moved around with the Department of Justice until we landed in TX. in 1997.  We love it here, and have no plans to leave.

Forms - Friday, August 08, 2008

Classroom Expectation signature sheets, as well as the photo permission form are due by Sept. 4th/5th.  Parents, you are more than welcome to e-mail me in lieu of printing the signature sheet.

 
Current Events - Friday, August 08, 2008

Current Events are due each Thursday and Friday.  They must be CJ related, contain a brief summary of the article, as well as your thoughts and opinons on the article.  The article is worth 20 points, the summary 20 points, and your opinion counts for the remainder.
