No Child Left Behind Report Card Data Posted Online

Under the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), school districts are required to share specific district- and campus-level data with the parent or guardian of every child enrolled in the public schools. The report provides information covering student performance as well as information concerning graduation rates, performance of school districts on adequate yearly progress measures, number and names of Title I schools identified as needing improvement, and numbers and percentages of teachers in the state meeting highly qualified standards.
Access to the NCLB Report Card data can be found on the second page of the Texas Education Agency's letter that may be found at: http://www.tea.state.tx.us/nclb/reportcard.pdf.
