Varsity Boy's Soccer Wins Arlington Martin Invitational Championship |
| Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Soccer team. They participated in the Arlington Martin Invitiational and won their group by beating North Crowley 6-0, Colleyville Heritage 2-0, and Cedar Hill 6-1. The boys advanced to the Championship game against Euless Trinity and won 3-0. The boys varisty record is now 7-0-1. Please come out and support the soccer team on their quest for another District Championship. |
Winter Guard Takes 5th Place in First Contest |
Congratulations to the Sam Houston Winter Guard, who participated in their first competition ever on Saturday, January 23rd at the Keller High School contest to compete with their 2010 show, entitled "Georgia In Red;" featuring art work of the famous artist, Georgia O'Keeffe, and with the music of "Georgia On My Mind."
The Winter Guard took 5th place, a strong finish for their first competition ever.
The Winterguard will compete next at the Bowie HS Winter Guard contest on Saturday, February 6th here in Arlington.
