ATTENTION Seniors:
Tuesday, May 22 - there will be a senior only party in the new cafeteria. We will serve Ice Cream Sundaes and let you tour the new addition. We will also set up an area for you to sell (or give away) your extra graduation tickets to other seniors. Please make plans to attend from 3:00 – 4:00 on Tuesday, May 22. You must have your ID in order to participate.
Wednesday, May 16 - Cap and Gown delivery is during lunch in Gym A. You will also receive your 7 free graduation tickets at this time.
Monday, May 21 7:00 - Senior Awards Program: in the auditorium.
Saturday, May 26 - Prom at Texas Motor Speedway. MGM will follow.
Wednesday, May 30 - Graduation Rehearsal is 1:00pm at UTA College Park.
Saturday, June 2 - Graduation is @ 4:00 at UTA College Park.

Cheer Fund Raiser:
We are having our annual garage sale on Saturday, 5/12 from 8am -2pm in the pep rally gym. We will also do a carwash in conjunction with the garage sale..
Band Fund Raiser:
Please come out this Saturday, May 12th and take a free Test Drive! 9:00 am until Noon.......but they will stay later if there are more people wanting to drive!!
Bankston Ford will have lots of New Vehicles ON THE AHS CAMPUS for you to test drive!
For each Test Drive, Bankston will pay the AHS BAND $20.00!!!
You must be 18 to drive and only 1 test drive per family will count toward the fund raiser!

MGM is partnering with Hunting Learning Center they provide specific subject tutoring a separate email will be sent out with more details please share with anyone you think would be interested in this program. See more information here.

Senior Parents:
Thank you to those who have signed up to help with decorations and the night of MGM. We have filled several of the areas but still need help in others we still need YOU!!!!!
1. Loading the decorations into the trucks on Friday, May 25 we are meeting at the storage facility at 9:00 am. We could still use some men to help.
2. Decorating Friday, May 25 we will begin immediately after school and work until midnightish.
3. Working the actual event volunteers need to be at AHS by10:00 pm (earlier for Board Positions) – 6:00 am and work your assigned area.
Mary Tom Curnutt signing up volunteers for these on a first come first serve basis.
If you know you are going to work one or even better both decorations and the night of MGM but have not contacted Mary Tom with your information please do so ASAP via email at mtcurnutt@tx.rr.com.
It is critical that we have everyone in place in the next couple of weeks!
