Lamar
High School is offering its 7th annual freshman camp August
14-16, 2008. All freshmen will pick up their Fall 2008 class schedules and tour the Lamar campus between the hours of 8 and 11 am on August 14. Campers will return after lunch at 1:30 to begin camp activities.
A
mandatory camp meeting will
be held at Lamar in the auditorium at 6 pm on August
7th. The student and parent(s) or guardian(s) should
make plans to attend this meeting.

provide a comprehensive orientation time

foster school spirit

increase freshman involvement in extracurricular activities
