I have been in formal education for 14 years: seven years teaching Social Studies and seven years as an Assistant Principal.  This is my fifth year at Martin, and am proud to work at the best high school in the country! I grew up in Iowa, Colorado, and Mansfield, where I graduated from high school.  I graduated from UTA, finishing both my undergraduate and graduate work there. I have a wonderful husband, three children, two step-children, a son-in-law, and a fabulous granddaughter.  In my free time, while my husband cooks, I read interesting articles to him and we discuss politics! It works!
