Enrollment for New Students

TO ENROLL A NEW STUDENT, YOU MUST BRING:
* Proof of current Immunization
* Proof of Residency; such as, rental lease, utility or water bill
* Social Security Card
* Birth Certificate

A student enrolling without transcript/withdrawal grades will be classified as a 9th Grader until they are received.


Withdrawal by Parental Request...

All withdrawals must be signed by a parent for guardian. Contact the appropriate attendance office 24 hours in advance of intended withdrawal. Students whose parents have duly notified the school of a pending withdrawal should report to the appropriate Assistant Principal to obtain a Withdrawal Permit and necessary withdrawal forms. All school property must be turned in or paid for before the withdrawal is official. No school records or transcripts will be forwarded until withdrawal is complete.

Administrative Withdrawal...

The school may withdraw a student for any of the following reason:

* The student is absent for five consecutive days and fails to contact the Assistant Principal’s office.
* The student is moving to another district
* The student has parental permission and Home-School coordinator approval.
* Student is placed in an alternative school by a Level 1 hearing
* Student is enrolling in Venture School or GED program.
