If you are experiencing difficulties please read the following:

Problem viewing a live broadcast?

1. You will need a broadband (DSL or cable) connection to view our webcast.
2. You need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Get the free player here.
3. Click the "Connect" button to begin. (Due to settings within Internet Explorer you might have to click the button twice).
4. If asked to install a newer version of the Flash Player please follow the on-screen instructions for installation.
5. If the image "freezes up" please refresh the page to reconnect to the program.
6. All other problems are out of the control of the AISD. No live support will be provided for online event broadcasts.

Problem viewing a previously recorded item?

1. You will need a broadband (DSL or cable) connection to view our webcast.
2. You need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Get the free player here.
3. If the program fails to begin, you might need to open the viewer controls (hover your cursor over the bottom white line until it expands - see above) and click play. You may also use these controls to move to a desired section of the video by clicking and holding on the time control arrow and moving it to your desired section of the video.
