LEARNING EXPECTATIONS

 

 

WORK AND STUDY HABITS:

 

1.    Listens carefully and follows directions the first time given

2.    Stays on assigned tasks

3.    Works well independently or within a group

4.    Works neatly, carefully, and organizes work well

5.    Has school supplies

6.    Completes class work, homework, and make-up work on time

 

PERSONAL BEHAVIOR:

 

1.    Shows respect for authority, peers, and property

2.    Is quiet at appropriate times

3.    Accepts responsibility

4.    Participates in class activities

5.    Exhibits acceptable behavior in the cafeteria, hallways, restrooms, library, recess, etc.

 

 

LEARNING CHOICES

 

1.    No mark in communicator indicates a good day

2.    Sign-in (a mark in the Daily Communicator indicates a weakness)

3.    Time out in classroom or study hall (up to 20 minutes)

4.    Time out in another grade level (up to 30 minutes)

5.    Office referral
