Site Based Decision Making (SBDM)Committee

Purpose:

A school's Site Based Decision Making (SBDM) committee creates regular opportunities for the input of all stakeholders in the school's mission-teachers, support staff, parents and the community alike, each with direct knowledge of relevant issues related to the school. As the community of partners take part in the site based decision making process it allows schools to improve education by increasing the autonomy of the school staff to make campus level decisions through a collaborative decision making process. At Young, this process is a regular part of our campus life and all meetings are open. Minutes from each meeting will be posted below in a reasonable time frame after each meeting.
