{"id":22747,"date":"2026-03-23T10:46:52","date_gmt":"2026-03-23T15:46:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aisd.net\/arlington-high-school\/?p=22747"},"modified":"2026-03-23T11:32:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T16:32:16","slug":"celebrate-our-visual-arts-students-during-youth-art-month","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aisd.net\/arlington-high-school\/arts\/2026\/03\/23\/celebrate-our-visual-arts-students-during-youth-art-month\/","title":{"rendered":"Celebrate Our Visual Arts Students During Youth Art Month!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\tOn Tuesday, 3\/24, the Arlington Museum of Art is hosting a reception from 5-6:30 PM in honor of Youth Art Month.\u00a0 Approximately 60 AHS kids&#8217; work is currently on display at the museum.\u00a0 Come and check it out!\nOn Tuesday, 3\/31, there will be a reception at the Center for Visual and Preforming Arts from 5-6 PM celebrating our VASE kids.\u00a0 This show will feature the work of roughly 60 AHS kids as well.\nThe Art Team &amp; our kids would love to see you at either of these events.\u00a0 The work is FANTASTIC and we are very proud of our artists!\n<p>Our Visual Arts students showcased incredible talent at the Regional Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE)! \ud83c\udfa8 Students presented 67 artworks, and an amazing 60 students earned the top score of a 4, bringing home Regional medals. \ud83c\udfc5Even more exciting-8 students advanced to the State competition with 9 pieces!
