Robotics Club members at 2017 GEAR Competition

Information:

The Atherton Robotics Club is open to 4th-6th graders and meets every Tuesday afternoon in the library from 3:45-4:45. They are also allowed to work on their projects in the library before school, after lunch, and at other times they have permission from their teachers. The sponsor is Mr. Cobbey. The club focuses on building robots using EV3 Lego kits and programming those robots to do tasks. Events that the club expects to participate in in the 2017-2018 school year include the TCEA Robotics Competition in early January, the Arlington Public Library Maker Competition in March, and the GEAR Robotics Competition in May.
